Our mission is to help you return to yourself – rested, restored, and recharged.

Useful Information About the Float Room

Before Your Float – Helpful Guidelines

  • Star ceiling is usually on during your float. Let us know if you’d prefer it turned off.

  • Earplugs: Please insert them before you shower.

  • Shower thoroughly before entering the pool – preferably with slightly cool water to help your body adjust.

  • Make sure the shower is completely off before stepping into the float tank. We have towels.

  • Small cuts or scrapes? Apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to prevent stinging.

  • Dry your face well before floating to avoid salt irritation in your eyes.

  • Avoid caffeine: Skipping coffee beforehand makes it easier to relax.

  • Eat something light before your session. A small meal is fine – avoid heavy food right before floating.

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle and start calmly.

During Your Float

  • The ceiling light turns off automatically after 2 minutes. It will come back on when the door is opened or when your session ends.

  • Sound and meditation: Choose from 33 meditative soundtracks and guided sessions. Scroll to find your favorite.

  • Volume level should never exceed level 15 – please be considerate of others.

  • Floating position: Stay still for the best experience. Lying with your arms above your head can help open the chest, especially if you sit at a desk often.

  • Red head pillow: Provides extra support for the head and neck – feel free to try it.

  • Avoid touching your face during the float. If you get salt in your eyes, rinse gently – it’s harmless.

After Your Float

  • Keep the float tank door closed to maintain warmth during your session.

  • Sanitization: We use hydrogen peroxide and UV filtration – a gentle, effective, and environmentally friendly cleaning method.

  • You have 10 minutes after your session for showering and changing. Need more time? A bathroom with a hairdryer is available.

  • Rehydrate by drinking water after your float – it helps support your body’s detox process and overall well-being.

Useful Information About the Infrared Sauna

  • Always shower thoroughly before entering the sauna.

  • Towel: Always use a towel to sit on. We provide.

  • Hydration: Water bottles and glasses are provided – remember to drink.

  • Temperature: Can be adjusted – maximum 75°C.

  • Cold plunge: Recommended for improved circulation and increased endorphin release. Be sure to dry off before returning to the sauna.

  • Bluetooth: The sauna has Bluetooth for music. Please be mindful of others.

  • After your session: Drink water to rehydrate and support detox.

Useful Information About Massage and Muscletherapy

  • Before and After Your Massage or Muscle Therapy – Helpful Tips

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in and begin your session calmly and without rush.

  • Stay hydrated – drink water before and after your treatment to support circulation, muscle recovery, and detox.

  • Eat light – have a small snack if needed, but avoid heavy meals right before your session.

  • Communicate openly – especially during muscle therapy or deep tissue work. Let your therapist know if you prefer more or less pressure, or if there are specific areas to focus on.

  • Relax and breathe deeply – this helps your body respond better to both massage and muscle therapy techniques.

  • Allergies? We use natural oils – please inform us of any sensitivities or skin conditions.

  • Mild soreness is normal after muscle therapy or deep tissue massage and usually fades within 24–48 hours.

  • Avoid intense workouts directly after your session – give your body time to recover and benefit fully from the treatment.
