Policies at Bergen Flyt
We want every guest to feel welcome, safe, and at ease. To help us provide a high-quality experience for all, please take a moment to review our house rules and cancellation policy before your visit.
1. Booking & Payment
– All treatments must be booked in advance through our booking system.
– Payment is required at the time of booking or at the reception before your treatment begins.
– If using a gift card, please write your gift card code in the booking note.
2. Arrival & Delays
– Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment for a calm and relaxed start.
– If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee full treatment time, as it affects the schedule of other clients.
– If you do not show up without notice, 50% of the total price will be charged.
3. Hygiene & Atmosphere
– Please shower before using the float tank or infrared sauna to ensure a clean and pleasant experience.
– Respect the peaceful atmosphere in all treatment and relaxation areas.
4. Health & Special Conditions
– Please inform us if you are pregnant, injured, or have any medical conditions that may affect your treatment.
– We do not offer treatments during the first trimester of pregnancy due to safety precautions.
– Floating is not recommended with open wounds or fresh tattoos.
– If your hair has been freshly dyed dark or red, please wait at least 48 hours before floating to avoid water discoloration.
5. Responsibility & Safety
– Use of our facilities is at your own risk.
– Bergen Flyt is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
– We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow our rules.
6. Substance Use
– It is strictly prohibited to attend any treatment while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
– Our staff has the right to deny entry or end a session without refund if intoxication is suspected.
– Floating and massage require body awareness and mental presence, and we are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful space for both clients and staff.
7. Mobile Phones & Devices
– Please silence or turn off mobile phones in treatment and relaxation areas.
– Photography or video recording inside the premises is not allowed without permission.
– Help us preserve a calm and mindful atmosphere.
8. Damage to Equipment or Facilities
– Clients are responsible for any damage caused by careless use of equipment or facilities.
– In cases of intentional damage, Bergen Flyt may seek compensation for repairs or replacement.
– Always notify staff if something breaks or malfunctions.
9. Conduct & Respect
– We expect all guests to treat staff and fellow clients with respect.
– Sexual harassment or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may lead to permanent exclusion.
– Bergen Flyt reserves the right to deny access to anyone who violates our policies.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth operations and availability for all, the following cancellation terms apply:
Cancellations & Changes
– Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
– Cancellations can be made via the link in your booking confirmation.
– Late cancellations (within 24 hours) without a valid doctor’s note will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
– With a valid doctor’s note, no fee will be charged.
Rescheduling Within 24 Hours
– Changing your appointment within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge unless a valid doctor’s note is provided.
– Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is free of charge.
Late Arrival & No-show
– If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee full treatment time.
– If you do not show up without notifying us, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.
Gift Cards & Treatment Passes
– Timely cancellations do not affect gift cards or treatment passes.
– Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the treatment being deducted from your card.
