Mikael Roussel

Mikael is trained in Holistic coaching and offers open and embracing conversations, where he is both an active listener and advisor.

Active listening is about you having the answers, his job is to ask open questions that help you to reflect, find and put into  words things you might no be aware that you already know. The adviser is about him either guiding and giving advice, or helping you identify and put into words the dilemmas and challenges you are facing, as well as pay attention to any patterns that have contributed to creating your current situation.

At the heart of his practice is acknowledging what is, without judgment or labelling. It is about seeing and embracing what is felt, said and done so that you can find the inner answers that you are looking for in the physical world. This will give you a new form of freedom, the freedom to be able to make conscious choices  in the direction you want your life to go.

With Holistic coaching as a background, he has a comprehensive understanding of the human being and that biological, personal, relational and contextual factors mutually influence each other. This will have an impact on how you experience yourself and the world around you.
